"Back from "Sun & Moon: Between Dimensions", his last full-lenght in time, the one-man band i AM esper U.S. is back this mid September 2012 to offer us his new album, "Lux Lucis". Having started to become quite popular in just four years, this project Drone Ambient scored many and varied productions, and like any good underground artist, has engaged in various kinds of splits and others, sometimes even offering Cdr edition cassettes or very limited, even creating his own label, "Mysterious Fur Records" ...

We can therefore say that the artist has been busy, never overlook the quality of these productions, often varying styles, themes and influences, ie from Space Ambient sound access to the universe and its galaxies, its almost the Post-Rock leaning more towards nature, as well as Dark Ambient gloomy and creepy ... All this of course made from amplified guitars maximum effects loops etc. ... but the main essence of his music is based on the guitar.

Here the artist returns to a more spiritual side and "natural" music with "Lux Lucis" we taking so once more in a bubble, but not cosmic, natural bubble here across the sea, indeed say Justin tries to "capture" the essence of the ocean to provide us with a sound and an atmosphere worthy of the name ...

Thus, the album begins with "The Darkness Clearing" Drone Ambient fairly simple as that takes us directly into another unknown world, and relaxing journey takes us for ten long minutes, until it joins the sea with "Ocean Of Memories: Searching For Light" ... and we're really gone ... very soft acoustic guitar, samples of ocean beaches ambient melancholy, and everything harmoniously married to an outcome could not be more wonderful.

When "In Memory ..." ends, then one has the impression that he has just started, comes "Summer's End" with what rapporche samples of insects, and offers a warm atmosphere like that one can find the along tropical coasts states uniennes ... ending with "Light Will Surround Us" that bears his name, it is a real glare, we can say that "Lux Lucis" ends grandly.

As always, i AM esper manages to make us dream, this time no dark dreams but bright and pleasant, and as always, it is impressive to see how fast titles password, and yes, the disadvantage is that when we go into this music, difficult to highlight ... an unforgettable journey as though it asks for again and again, "Lux Lucis" a real new pearl in the discography of American. Nothing to say, everything is there, whether in visual or musical, to listen without moderation for all lovers of this type of music." (note this is translated from french to english) -
